The Director, Project Management Office is leading the project management office within WellSky's professional services organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and with adequate resources by establishing and enforcing compliance, best practices, and standardized methodologies.
- Establish a center of excellence by developing, implementing, and maintaining project management guidelines, tools, and quality standards aligned with Project Management Institute (PMI) requirements and WellSky's internal priorities.
- Optimize project execution efficiency to meet or exceed financial expectations within the statement of work to mitigate budgetary risks through proactive review of financial and resource metrics.
- Serve as the primary liaison to executive leaders within sales, solution management, engineering, and support teams to facilitate seamless project coordination and delivery.
- Continuously elevate the PMO team performance through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and goal setting to develop skills and foster a culture of accountability.
- Participate in client contract management and compliance activities, including negotiating contract amendments and addendums, and ensure WellSky can deliver on contractual obligations.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 8-10 years relevant work experience
- At least 4-5 years relevant management work experience
Job Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
