Workfront Planning is entering its next chapter: one defined by intelligent orchestration, predictive insights, and seamless user experiences. You’ll lead this evolution, shaping the product roadmap to integrate AI deeply into planning workflows. From machine learning-powered prioritization to generative UX enhancements, you’ll ensure Workfront Planning becomes the strategic system of record for marketing teams worldwide. Your understanding of the Content Supply Chain will be critical in aligning Workfront Planning with the broader ecosystem of content ideation, creation, management, and activation.What You’ll Do
- Lead a global product team focused on AI-first development across Workfront Planning.
- Define and champion vibe coding principles—modular, expressive, and scalable AI architecture.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, high-impact AI features.
- Partner with Product Marketing to craft vibe-forward narratives that elevate product positioning and user engagement.
- Translate customer feedback and behavioral data into product decisions that drive adoption and performance.
- Own the strategic roadmap, balancing long-term vision with rapid experimentation and iteration.
- Stay ahead of AI trends, ensuring Workfront Planning remains a category-defining product.
- Integrate Content Supply Chain principles into product strategy, ensuring seamless connectivity across planning, production, and delivery workflows.
- 12+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading AI product development.
- Proven success building and scaling AI-powered platforms or features.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and generative AI—paired with creative intuition.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complexity and growth.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with a knack for translating technical innovation into clear product narratives.
- Ability to navigate both code and culture—fluent in engineering speak and brand strategy.
- Deep familiarity with the Content Supply Chain and its impact on modern marketing operations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar platforms is a plus.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
