Director, Media Client Service
Location: New York, Hybrid
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of media effectiveness studies, including methodology selection, survey design, and analytical frameworks
- Translate client business challenges into clear, insight-driven research approaches that inform media strategy
- Turn complex datasets into simple, compelling stories with clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding measurement strategy and campaign learning agendas
- Mentor and develop team members while setting high standards for research quality, rigour, and storytelling
The ideal skills and experience
- Strong experience in market research and insights, with proven ownership of research design, analysis, and delivery
- Deep expertise in quantitative methods, including survey design and data interpretation
- Experience in media and advertising effectiveness measurement, such as brand lift and cross-platform analysis
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience mentoring others and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team

The salary range for this role in New York is $102,200 - $125,000 RANGE USD Annual. Your final base salary will
