How will you make an impact in this role?
This Director of Learning Architecture is responsible for leading the design solutions to support key business initiatives across Global Servicing. The primary focus is to ensure that content is created to be impactful while also adhering to all necessary regulatory and privacy requirements.
This position is ideal for someone who is experienced in leading initiatives from strategy to execution, an excellent people leader, proactive, and a strong background in project management and stakeholder management. Working with peers to ensure global, sustainable learning content creation is key.
This position will report directly into the Vice President of Global Learning Architecture (GLA).
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead a global organization of Instructional Design Managers and Instructional Designers (approx. 25).
- Analyze talent performance data and partner with other Global Talent Directors to build a cohesive talent strategy for our business partners.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and consult on best-in-class, scalable and modern learning solutions.
- Lead the development of learning solutions that are relevant and delivered flawlessly - with high impact and appropriate measures in place.
- Lead the capacity planning for all design deliverables and develop strong project planning practices across the organization.
- Lead and oversee the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of structures and processes that support the core learning and development technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 + years of training and learning experience required
- Strong history of experience in the talent field, leading learning and development organizations.
- Project Management Leadership: Develop and execute plans to effectively scale solutions globally across GLA. Provide strong project management leadership, overseeing timelines, removing roadblocks and ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Results-Driver and Change Management Expert: Drive project delivery by identifying opportunities, obstacles/risks and developing recommendations. Ensure adoption of processes across GLA. Develop and implement user readiness programs, ensuring colleagues are equipped with the skills and knowledge for successful adoption.
- Excellent Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to link project strategies to business objectives and drive desired business outcomes by setting a vision, goals and objectives that motivate and inspire the organization to deliver
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively collaborate, partner and consult with global senior leaders, business partners and colleagues in various teams to bring together competing priorities and ultimately drive business results.
- Cross-Functional Leader: Demonstrated ability to lead and partner with cross-functional, virtual teams and operate autonomously, making complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure.
