We thrive on creativity, collaboration, and storytelling—and we’re looking for leaders who can push boundaries, embrace curiosity, and shape the future of digital commerce.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a visionary Director of Digital Product Management who will define and deliver world-class digital experiences across Disney Store platforms. This leader will shape the future of global commerce at Disney, bringing to life innovative shopping journeys that blend magic and technology, nostalgia and newness.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in digital product management, e-commerce, and customer experience. • Guest-Centric Innovation: Champion the voice of the Disney guest, using data, insights, and storytelling to shape magical and intuitive user experiences.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with executives across Marketing, Creative, Technology, Merchandising, and Operations to deliver integrated retail solutions.

  • Platform Development: Drive enhancements across web, app, and emerging commerce channels (including social and marketplace integrations).

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure Disney Store digital products operate at scale with stability, security, and continuous improvement.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, inspire, and grow a talented product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

  • Future-Forward Thinking: Explore and apply emerging technologies (AI/ML, personalization, new commerce platforms) to stay ahead of retail trends.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As Director, you’ll lead a high-performing digital product management team and work closely with stakeholders across the global Disney Consumer Products, Disney Experiences and the broader TWDC organization. You’ll collaborate daily with Marketing, Technology, Merchandising, Creative, and Operations leaders to align on priorities and deliver digital experiences that meet both guest expectations and business goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 10+ years of professional experience in product management, e-commerce, or digital platforms, with proven success in delivering large-scale, guest-facing digital products.

  • Deep knowledge of digital commerce platforms, mobile/web development, personalization, and service-oriented architecture.

  • Strong track record of using data and consumer insights to inform product strategy and optimize performance.

  • Experience leading within a complex, matrixed global organization, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision, set strategy, and drive execution at scale.

  • History of innovation—introducing new digital capabilities that improve both guest experience and business outcomes.

  • Experience building and mentoring diverse product teams, fostering growth and professional development.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
