We are currently seeking a Digital Technology Junior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: Associate Consultant – Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Consultant – Techno-Functional Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of business analysis, application functionality, data analysis, and the software development lifecycle. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support successful solution delivery.

Day to Day Job Duties:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• Prepare process flows, use cases, data mappings, and requirement documents.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and other technology stakeholders.
• Perform basic data analysis and validation using SQL and Excel.
• Support application enhancements, integrations, and production issue analysis.
• Assist in functional testing, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
• Track requirements, defects, and project activities using Jira and Confluence.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

• 0-6 months of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation.
• 0-6 months of experience with SQL, data analysis, and data validation.
• 0-6 months of experience preparing user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and SDLC processes.

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of APIs, REST services, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data mapping concepts.
• Exposure to application development or production support environments.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and release activities.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, or other enterprise domains.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
