These are full-time, paid summer internships, typically ranging from 10-12 weeks. Throughout your internship, we provide continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you develop the necessary skills to succeed. Additional career opportunities are available upon conclusion of a successful internship.

Otis ONE is the IoT (Internet of Things) solution for Otis Elevator. As part of the Digital Technology team, we support the software required for this IoT. This includes regular updates/enhancements, as well as any bug fixes. This role will be as a developer, and may include coding languages such as C++, SQL, and Python. Otis ONE is a suite of multiple applications, so we can accommodate based on the selected interns preferred language.

On a typical day you will: 

Develop code to support one or more Otis ONE applications

Troubleshoot any issues or errors

Perform QA testing of new functionalities

Help Otis create a better, safer, more connected environment

What You Will Need to be Successful: 

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in IT/technical majors, with preference on software development

Coding skills, including but not limited to languages such as C++, SQL, and Python

Ability to work with other developers to complete coding and work through issues

Agile knowledge (ex: SAFe, scrum a plus)
