  • Drive the successful implementation and launch of our third-party supply chain collaboration portal, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Create and maintain customer journey maps to clearly identify user pain points and prioritize product improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (IT, Supply Chain Operations, suppliers) to understand requirements, communicate changes, and facilitate seamless adoption.
  • Define and measure key success metrics including user adoption, user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business impact.
  • Provide clear guidance on UI improvements, ensuring tools are intuitive and practical, reducing barriers to user adoption.
  • Manage relationships with the third-party software vendor to ensure alignment with product strategy, timely delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Develop structured communication plans and training support to enhance user onboarding, engagement, and proficiency with the new digital solution
  • Lead and coach one Product Analyst (or similar) responsible for analytics, user research, and release coordination.

Qualifications

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to manage change effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required, preferably in business, operations, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
  • People-leadership aptitude; prior mentoring or small-team management preferred.

Required Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline), or equivalent relevant work experience.
