Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the coordination and execution of digital marketing efforts. This will include coordinating digital marketing projects across various channels and leading digital marketing screen efforts across Love’s network of locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the procurement, maintenance and support of Love’s digital marketing screen efforts in over 600+ locations with internal and external partners
• Provide weekly status updates of Love’s digital marketing screens to Store and Corporate Leadership teams
• Compile, schedule, publish and audit monthly playlists through ComQi’s content management system
• Lead the execution of digital marketing projects from start to finish with digital design team
• Collaborate with marketing team to maintain a monthly calendar of content updates across various digital channels
• Maintain inventory of digital marketing assets to provide accurate asset lists
• Facilitate and evaluate digital marketing requests through idea sessions, technical and rollout planning
• Perform other duties assigned as needed to support the marketing department
• Other responsibilities include writing, simple design and analytics reporting

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:

• 4-year college degree required

Experience:

• 1-3 years of digital marketing or content management experience
• Strong understanding of project management
• Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external partners
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across marketing and IT channels
• Previous experience CMS platforms a plus

 

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Skills:

• Hard Skills: Ability to use Mac and PC platforms with strong Office 365 skills. In-depth experience with CMS platforms.
