Horizon OS SW & Digital Monetization Manager

The Horizon OS SW & Digital Monetization Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to monetize the Horizon OS platform across both consumer and commercial segments. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and platform adoption. • Develop and implement in-channel SW and digital goods monetization strategies for Horizon OS, focusing on both consumer and commercial markets.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and software revenue growth.
• Prepare sales teams and develop comprehensive launch plans for new monetization initiatives on the Horizon OS platform.
• Align sales goals with monetization strategies to ensure readiness for market introduction.
• Collaborate with product marketing managers, sales leaders, and channel partners to drive business results.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on monetization strategies for Horizon OS, adopting a business-first mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in monetization strategy, sales strategy, or a related field within digital platforms.
• Experience with market research, analysis, and the skills to develop and evaluate monetization opportunities.
• Experience in consumer electronics and a demonstrated interest in new and emerging tech, particularly in platform monetization.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in consumer facing industry.
• Experience in consumer and commercial electronics & SW solutions with a demonstrated interest in new and emerging tech
• Knowledge of the SaaS, digital gift cards, and related digital products.
• Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
