About the RolePeople Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Video Operations Producer to support video across our lifestyle portfolio, including Allrecipes, Food & Wine, Southern Living, EatingWell, and Better Homes & Gardens. This role is central to ensuring our YouTube and on-site video content is accurate, optimized, and delivered seamlessly from production through publishing.

Responsibilities
  • Lead copyedit QC for Allrecipes YouTube videos, reviewing on-screen text, adding elements as needed, and conducting final pre-delivery reviews to ensure brand and editorial standards.
  • Oversee delivery of final video assets for publishing across YouTube, including Shorts and episodic content.
  • Serve as the cross-functional liaison between Producers, Brand, Post, and YouTube stakeholders, aligning on deadlines, deliverables, blockers, and performance insights.
  • Track and report weekly output and performance analytics for the group.
  • Manage and maintain all metadata and publishing materials for each episode, including transcripts, shop links, thumbnails, and title recommendations.
  • Own asset management for Vertical Onsite Players, including MyRecipes and MediaNet/Bytes vertical player productions.
  • Maintain Airtable workflows and tracking systems for assigned brands, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Support cross-brand initiatives including Trending Player updates and Chef John “Food Wishes” publishing workflows.

 

Qualifications
  • Experience in digital video production, publishing, or media operations.
  • Strong editorial judgment and copyediting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive projects to completion.
  • Highly organized with strong asset management, reporting, and workflow tracking expertise.
  • Experience with Airtable or similar project management systems preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
