Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in digital banking (Web & Mobile Banking) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React Native and iOS development and will play a key role in architecting and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions for our digital banking platforms.

Opening Location's:  Plano, TX | Memphis, TN | Birmingham, AL | New Orleans, LA | Charlotte, NC | Raleigh, NC | Dallas, TX (ONSITE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable and secure solutions for web and mobile banking applications.

• Lead the development of digital banking platforms, ensuring best practices in React Native and iOS technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and UX/UI designers.

• Ensure compliance with banking security standards, performance optimization, and cloud best practices.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

• Work in an onsite capacity at one of the specified locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect in digital banking.

• Strong expertise in React Native, iOS development, and mobile architecture.

• Experience with web banking and mobile banking solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience in API integrations, microservices architecture, and security best practices.

• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and data security.

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Android development is a plus.

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise banking environments.
