Manager, Digital Marketplace
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Manager, Digital Marketplace at Dickies looks a little like this.
This role operates within Sales Department and will turn metrics into tactics to grow our U.S. online marketplace business, primarily on Amazon.com. This role will work cross functionally with finance, supply chain, marketing, logistics and other departments to analyze our current business and develop a roadmap for future success. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketplace.
Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
Analyze current point of sale trends within Amazon.com, via Amazon 1P and authorized dealers on within the 3P marketplace
Take POS trends to predict future inventory needs by week, month, quarter and year
Refine inventory forecast with demand forecasting team
Suggest marketing and promotion strategy based on current trends and inventory availability
Work with merchandisers and creative department on detail page and brand store improvements
Refine digital assortment strategy
Understanding total marketplace impacts based on the decisions made for Amazon
Present relevant findings and future strategic initiatives for Amazon and other digital channels
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. While a Bachelor’s degree is required for this role, we are mostly interested in your 6+ years of experience and professional achievements.

The ability to process, organize and analyze large quantities of data originating from multiple sources
Solid written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
Independent, self-motivated, professional, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and sense of pride and accountability in work
