Brand Design Manager

The Brand Design Manager will lead the development and implementation of global brand strategies, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity across all markets. This role involves overseeing the design team, managing brand design system and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand consistency and innovation. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with a strong design background to enhance the brand's global presence.

Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment that drive high-quality design output.
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints, including digital, print, packaging and retail environments.
Oversee the design process from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Work closely with marketing, product development, licensees, and regions to ensure brand alignment and effective communication.
Stay informed about global market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform design decisions and maintain brand relevance.

Understands the consumer journey and how design, photography and video work together to build a narrative – with an eye for each discipline and the ability to speak their language at a basic level.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
Strong cross functional collaboration to align brand design with business objectives.
