Your role

As a Talent Manager at Boksi, you will be instrumental in expanding and nurturing our creator network across Germany. You’ll build strong relationships with creators, drive campaign performance, and contribute directly to our growth in the market.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hamburg, with Berlin or Bielefeld also considered.

As a Talent Manager, you will be a crucial member of our expansion efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Drive both inbound and outbound sales efforts to contribute to talent satisfaction
• Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing deals
• Consistently meet or exceed creator-related sales targets to contribute to market growth

Account Management & Retention

• Serve as the main point of contact for talents
• Ensure creator satisfaction and campaign performance through regular check-ins
• Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent and boost long-term engagement
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Growth & Performance

• Build and maintain strong talent relationships aligned with Boksi’s values
• Monitor key talent performance metrics (e.g., retention, sales per creator, revenue contribution)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign, product, and strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

A few qualities we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in talent management, sales, influencer marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital marketing landscape in Germany
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and results-driven with a hands-on, proactive approac
• Fluency in German and English is required
