Take ownership

-  Drive end-to-end recruitment by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top tech talent to join our diverse and dynamic team. You'll own the full recruitment cycle—from crafting job ads to closing offers. 

-  Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, refine job profiles, and develop tailored strategies to attract the best candidates. Your insights will help shape bunq’s talent strategy as we continue to scale.Use data-driven insights to continuously improve our recruitment process and ensure we’re attracting diverse and high-performing talent.

- Ensure our recruitment process is smooth, transparent, and memorable, making candidates feel welcome and valued from the first conversation. 

Requirements

• Proven track-record in tech recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment. 
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to find and engage passive candidates
• Excellent communication skills in English —you know how to connect with people and leave a lasting impression. 
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities. 
• Passion for bunq’s mission and a desire to be part of a team that’s challenging the status quo.

Your space to perform
