The Team Lead responsible for driving safety culture, conducting quality risk assessments, works closely with all internal teams and demonstrates good leadership skills.

Your key responsibilities
•    Drive safety culture change among the local small teams through employee engagement and sharing of best practices with other production areas.
•    Conducts safety leading indicator activities according with the established targets, engages team members to achieve targets.
•    Conducts daily audits of Quality Risk Assessments, understands root causes of non-conformances and works with small team to communicate, address and prevent recurrence.
•    Improves on-time delivery by adhering to schedule sequence and expectations.  Informs Shift Lead and Supervisor of any KPI’s off target and adjusts as necessary to meet daily goals. Provide leadership for communication of IMS reporting, follow up and prevention measures.
•    Develop good working relations with internal teams and support functions (QC, Logistics, Maintenance, Planning) to continue to improve the overall business processes.
•    Demonstrated proficiency in all areas of packing, compounding, safety, quality, punctuality, communication, leadership and accountability.

You bring
•    High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
•    3 to 5 years compounding and packing experience.
•    Prior experience handling chemicals
•    Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
