Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Analyze meteorological, operational and simulation data in wind industry 

• Develop data-driven solutions for R&D, Sales, Service within the ENERCON group 

• Implement analytics and machine learning solutions in productive environment 

• Support development of end-to-end data products from idea creation towards monitoring after deployment 

• Provide data insights to stakeholders and decision makers using visualizations, dashboards or APIs 

• Lead R&D projects in the context of ML & big data

 

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in IT, natural sciences, engineering or comparable 
• Very good programming skills in Python, R or Matlab required 
• High competencies in data exploration/analysis and machine learning 
• Experience with Deep Learning techniques (reinforcement learning, GenAI) is a plus 
• Good experience with GitLab, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or Docker preferred  
• Data related expertise in SQL or MS Azure cloud technologies desirable 
• Wind industry experience preferred
