The Opportunity: 

An effective program requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That’s why we need you, a seasoned program and project manager who can ensure our ServiceNow program achieves success.

As a lead program and project manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding complex ServiceNow projects. Your client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in ServiceNow Program and Project Management, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact our Federal Government clients while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies. 

You manage complex technical ServiceNow programs. You oversee teams-of-teams, coordinate with vendors and teammates, manage budget and risk, track contractual commitments, and partner with clients, to ensure the successful delivery of large software systems and solutions. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience managing IT initiatives, including personnel of different skillsets, backgrounds, locations, and maturity
• 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Experience with software development projects and management techniques, including SAFe, SCRUM, and Agile
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Project Professional
• Experience with direct management of client stakeholders, including the Program Executive and Contracting Office
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelors' degree
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• ITIL v3 or 4 Practitioner Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master’s degree
• ITIL Intermediate Certification v3 or v4 Certifications
• PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification
