The ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support integration with SailPoint and replace or enhance existing ServiceNow capabilities. This role focuses on building workflows, connectors, and automation that align with identity governance requirements, ensuring seamless interaction between ServiceNow and SailPoint for access requests, approvals, and lifecycle management.
The work:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (e.g., User Access Management, Approvals, Catalog Items) to integrate with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support identity governance processes.
- Implement access request and approval workflows within ServiceNow tied to SailPoint logic.
- Configure Service Catalog items for identity-related services and ensure proper routing and notifications.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements for identity-related transactions.
- Collaborate with SailPoint developers and architects to validate integration points and data flows.
- Perform unit and integration testing for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
- Document technical designs and provide knowledge transfer to operations teams.
Here's what you need:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- 4+ years experience working within the ServiceNow Platform
- Experience with API Integration and Automation Scripting
Bonus points if you have:
- ServiceNow CIS - Application Developer
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
