As an Advanced Markets Consultant, you’ll provide consultation and training to producers, empowering them to succeed in estate planning, business continuation, retirement planning, and more. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $185,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Case Consultation: Partner with producers, wholesalers, and advisors to provide tailored estate, business, and retirement planning solutions.
- Training & Development: Create and deliver impactful training through in-person seminars, webinars, and workshops.
- Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to maximize product sales (life insurance, annuities, long-term care, etc.), collaborating across multiple distribution channels.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of legislative and industry changes to identify new planning opportunities.
- Product Influence: Consult with product teams to ensure offerings are competitive, profitable, and aligned with client needs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, estate planning, or related fields.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and provide consultative support to producers and advisors.
- Leadership skills and attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as business needs dictate.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- JD or CPA designation.
- Advanced knowledge of insurance and financial products.
- Designations like CLU, ChFC, or CFP.
- FINRA Series 6/7, 63, or 65/66 registrations.
