Advanced Markets Consultant - Remote

As an Advanced Markets Consultant, you’ll provide consultation and training to producers, empowering them to succeed in estate planning, business continuation, retirement planning, and more. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $185,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Case Consultation: Partner with producers, wholesalers, and advisors to provide tailored estate, business, and retirement planning solutions.
• Training & Development: Create and deliver impactful training through in-person seminars, webinars, and workshops.
• Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to maximize product sales (life insurance, annuities, long-term care, etc.), collaborating across multiple distribution channels.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of legislative and industry changes to identify new planning opportunities.
• Product Influence: Consult with product teams to ensure offerings are competitive, profitable, and aligned with client needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, estate planning, or related fields.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and provide consultative support to producers and advisors.
• Leadership skills and attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as business needs dictate.
• You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

• JD or CPA designation.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance and financial products.
• Designations like CLU, ChFC, or CFP.
• FINRA Series 6/7, 63, or 65/66 registrations.
