Our Senior Director of Finance

Will  lead the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management. This role is responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and financial strategy to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial direction to support business goals and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the company’s budget, long-term financial planning, and cash flow analysis.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage external audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
  • Build, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes, leveraging ERP and financial systems.
  • Provide financial insights to the executive team, supporting business strategy and decision-making.
  • Evaluate and execute financial due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles, with at least 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • CPA, CMA, or CFA certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement financial best practices in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in industries such as technology, manufacturing, or financial services is a plus.

Job Title and Compensation:

  • The base salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $250,000, based on full-time employment.
  • Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
