About the Job:
Are you ready to take your analytics career to the next level? As a Senior Advanced Analytics Specialist, you will harness data from multiple sources—including data lakes, warehouses, and external datasets—to build predictive models and deliver insights that solve complex business challenges. You’ll play a crucial role in translating data into strategies that influence key financial and operational decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze and interpret diverse datasets using advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.

  • Design, develop, and validate machine learning models that forecast trends and identify business opportunities.

  • Leverage leading analytics tools such as Tableau, Palantir, Power BI, Databricks, AWS/Azure, Synapse, and H2O Driverless AI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into business processes and decision-making workflows.

  • Create compelling reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Continuously refine models through rigorous testing and real-world validation to ensure accuracy and impact.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven recommendations that enhance financial tracking and operational performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related quantitative field.

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in data analytics, predictive modeling, or a related field.

  • Must have strong expertise in MS Power BI DAX and Reports

  • Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques is a plus.

  • Familiarity with big data platforms and analytics tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks).

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and impactful manner.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Our Senior Advanced Analytics, earns between $106,100-$159,100 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
