Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service. </em></p><p></p><p><strong><br />Assistant Director Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p><em>What’s it like to be an administrator at our school?</em></p><ul><li>Help manage the daily operations of childcare school, ensuring we meet state licensing requirements and company policies.</li><li>Perform administrative duties, give impactful tours to families, maintain records, ensure state licensing/policy compliance, and help keep everything running smoothly.</li><li>Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.</li><li>Support teachers in implementing our curriculum, enabling developmentally appropriate classrooms that spark curiosity and growth.</li><li>Nurture positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing representatives, and the community.</li><li>Work in the classroom when needed to assist and support staff.</li></ul>
