Virtual Licensed Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide psychotherapy services in an outpatient setting. This role works primarily in a virtual/telehealth environment and serves adolescents, transitional-age youth, and families in the Louisiana area. 

 

Salary up to $73,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group, and family therapy

• Conduct assessments, case conceptualization, and treatment planning

• Provide crisis intervention as needed

• Deliver therapy primarily via telehealth

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

• Track authorizations and comply with insurance requirements

• Manage scheduling and client communication

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation or a graduate degree in the field of human services.
• Most possess one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPS, LMFT (w 3 years psychotherapy experience)
• 1 year psychotherapy experience required.  
• Must maintain good standing with commercial insurance providers and be eligible for paneling
• Demonstrated ability to provide clear, concise clinical documentation that meets program standards.
• Experience with virtual care and/or telehealth
