We are searching for the best talent for an Integrated Evidence Team Lead, Autoantibody (AAb) Lead in our US Immunology Medical Affairs organization located in Horsham, PA.
The Integrated Evidence Team Lead, AAb (IETL) is a Director level role responsible for understanding the US healthcare environment and the various internal and external stakeholders relevant to the AAb therapeutic area, across indications, identifying opportunities and gaps in the evidence and knowledge needed to support alignment, focused value propositions and prioritization. This high visibility, fit for purpose role, functions as a Director of Medical Alignment across research/data groups (i.e., Medical Affairs, HECOR/V&E, RWE, HCQ, epidemiology, market research), and commercial counterparts (i.e. Business Development, Global Commerical Strategic Organization (GCSO), Marketing, Patient Engagement Customer Solutions (PECS)) to ensure the AAb strategy is executed across the portfolio. As a leader, the IETL coordinates the cross-functional team to develop and maintain a current, strategically aligned integrated plan.
This role will work collaboratively with stakeholders within the AAb Therapeutic Area team (across 4 TAs: benign hematology, neuroimmunology, maternal fetal immunology, and dermatology) as well as the Rheumatology TA as it relates to work on Nipocalimab on SjDs, SLE, and RA. This position will report to the Therapeutic Area Lead, Autoantibody Medical Affairs
You will be responsible for:
Work with TA leader on development of the overall strategic direction for the AAb franchise, and ensure alignment across 10+ indications
Drive initiatives, and evolve plans and congress strategy (in collaboration with dedicated congress team) to better meet needs of various stakeholders across the AAb portfolio
Coordinate and lead special projects with HECOR/V&E/ SCG/RWE/HCQ/commercial partners on Value Based Care, Quality Metrics, Care Pathway, Site of Care initiatives, etc. Seek innovative opportunities to develop high-impact analytics that are relevant and meaningful to key stakeholders
Demonstrate command of scientific concepts to drive decision-making on evidence generation and dissemination strategy, collaborating with Publications Team to ensure timely execution of scientific dissemination to range of customers through projects/initiatives, publications, scientific forums, and other customer engagements (congresses, professional meetings, etc.)
Lead discussions at the IET challenging the status quo, demonstrating a commitment to innovation, all with the objective of driving decision making that ensure core issues and questions are being addressed, and that functional area input into the strategy is adequate to meet the needs of the IEGP Plans
Qualifications / Requirements:
Terminal degree required (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, DNP, DrPH); Graduate degree with focus on science, public health, or epidemiology preferred
