Are you up for it?</span><br/> </p><p><b><span>What you are going to do</span></b></p><p><span>Your job will include; </span></p><ul><li><span>Taking the independent lead on the strategic domain of P&amp;A including stakeholder management, overall coordination and key messaging </span></li><li><span>Prepare materials for the MB strategy onsite and Capital Markets Day </span></li><li><span>Project and strategic domain lead on change initiatives both from strategic target as strategic KPI reporting process perspective</span></li><li><span>Coordinate quarterly strategic KPI reporting process with key stakeholders and perform quality assurance </span></li><li><span>Oversee development of standardised strategic dashboarding solution and optimize process</span></li><li><span>Trigger, challenge and consolidate annual strategic target setting process based on inputs from target owners as part of the annual business plan cycle including support on annual EB/MB variable renumeration process</span></li><li><span>Give guidance and support to BUs and support functions as Corporate Relations and HR to create alignment between group strategic framework and their (local) strategic priorities for both internal and external purposes</span></li><li><span>Get a comprehensive understanding of our products, our customers and business strategy</span></li><li><span>Monitor overall progress on strategic KPIs in the light of market development, identify trends, and provide actionable insights</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b><span>What we offer you</span></b></span><br/><span><span>NN invests in an inclusive, inspiring work environment and in skills and competences for the future. Then you can declare the kilometers travelled</span></li><li><span><span>·</span></span><span>Allowances for setting up your home office and for internet use</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Who you are</span></b></p><ul><li><span>You have experience with being a senior domain lead, setting and monitoring a business strategy and project management, preferably within the financial industry</span></li><li><span>You have executive stakeholder management experience and able to build lasting relationships with other departments on senior/executive level (such business units, HR, Corporate Relations)</span></li><li><span>You have financial/economics or related university degree and at least 10 years working experience in that field</span></li><li><span>You have adequate analytical skills and executive reporting skills</span></li><li><span>You could be held responsible to maintain/develop a reporting tool (currently P
