We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We are looking for a highly skilled <b>Senior Testing Specialist</b> to join our team, with strong data testing background in <b>banking area</b>. The ideal candidate will have <b>high SQL technical competencies</b>, deep <b>knowledge of testing methodologies</b>, <b>communication and collaborative skills</b>, the drive and the ability to <b>understand the data distribution processes</b> within the bank and who can contribute to our <b>quality assurance efforts </b>across our key banking applications, by <b>working closely</b> with our business analysts and development teams, to ensure successful implementation of business and IT solution. It also needs to have a <b>good knowledge on data mapping</b> process and can <b>perform</b> in a very complex IT environment. </span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Drive <b>end to end testing activities</b> across our systems, also <b>defining and executing test plans</b> and <b>test cases</b> based on the business requirements</li><li>Perform <b>functional, regression and integration testing</b>, working with <b>cross functional teams</b> to identify proper test requirements and scope</li><li>Ensure all found and fixed issues are having the <b>expected results</b></li><li>Ensure detailed and complete <b>test documentation</b> for the entire data flow, ensuring all changes are well documented and there is an alignment on methodology and artefacts</li><li>Analyze and support our consumers on the raised <b>data quality issues</b>, identifying and reporting any data mapping inconsistencies as well</li><li>Identify <b>system enhancements</b> and <b>support</b> the implementation teams</li><li><b>Work closely</b> with product owner, business analyst and IT, to ensure solution align with the business requirement specification</li><li>Provide <b>support</b> for upstream and downstream users on new processes or system changes</li><li>Assist in system configuration, user acceptance testing and deployment of new functionalities</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><ul><li><b>3+ years banking</b> experience as data tester</li><li><b>Strong SQL knowledge, </b>preferably on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</li><li>Good knowledge of <b>banking products</b> and key <b>banking processes</b></li><li>Familiarity with <b>data testing</b></li><li>Strong <b>communication</b></li><li>Ability to work <b>collaboratively</b> in a dynamic environment, with <b>multiple teams across the world</b></li><li>Details oriented and strong <b>documentation skills</b></li><li>Fluent in <b>English</b> (write/read/speak)</li><li>Excellent knowledge in <b>MS Office</b> products (Excel, PowerPoint) and working with <b>JIRA</b></li><li>Good understanding of <b>data warehousing</b>, data <b>flows</b>, data <b>feeds</b></li><li>Ability to understand <b>systems architecture</b></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Well-being &amp; Benefits</b></p><p><b>Emotionally and mentally balanced: </b>We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.</p><ul><li>Empowering managers who value your ideas and decisions.
