Join our IT PMO team and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment where you’ll help shape the way we manage and deliver IT projects.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>About the role </span></strong><strong><span>| Junior Portfolio Analyst</span></strong></p> <p><span>As a Junior Portfolio Analyst, you’ll become part of our IT PMO (Project Management Office), where we support project and portfolio management across the organization. You’ll work closely with experienced program and project managers and contribute to the smooth execution of strategic initiatives.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>This is a great opportunity to develop your analytical skills, gain insight into IT governance, and build a strong foundation for a future career in project management, business analysis, or consulting.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Your key responsibilities will include:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Supporting program and project managers with reporting and coordination</span></li> <li><span>Maintaining and updating our Portfolio Management system</span></li> <li><span>Tracking project and portfolio financials</span></li> <li><span>Ensuring compliance with internal governance processes</span></li> <li><span>Conducting data analysis and preparing presentations</span></li> <li><span>Assisting with various ad hoc tasks and initiatives</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>The position is part-time (approx. 15–20 hours per week), with flexibility around exam periods. There may also be opportunities to work full-time during holidays or be staffed on specific projects.</span></p> <p><span><br/></span><strong><span>About You </span></strong><strong><span>|</span></strong><strong><span> Curious and analytical </span></strong></p> <p><span>We’re looking for a student who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with data and numbers, and you have a structured and detail-oriented mindset. You’re not afraid to take initiative, and you thrive in a team where collaboration and feedback are part of the daily work.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Ideally, you have some experience with Excel or similar tools, and while previous student job experience is a plus, it’s by no means a requirement. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to grow. Whether you’re studying for a bachelor’s or a master’s degree – and no matter your academic background – we’d love to hear from you.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>About us | IT PMO</span></strong><span><br/></span><span>You’ll join a team of 12 dedicated colleagues in our Transformation Office. We work closely together, support each other, and value knowledge sharing, development, and a good sense of humor.
