<p><span><span>Zurich Life Assurance plc is looking for a part-time Group Pensions Administrator for the Annual Reporting team. The role itself will focus on understanding what matters to Zurich customers. Meeting regulatory deadlines is a key part of this role. The role offers you the ability to expand your knowledge base and create future opportunities within the Corporate Life & Pensions area. </span></span></p>
<h2><b>Your Role</b></h2>

<p><span><span>As a Group Pensions Administrator in the Annual Reporting Team your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:</span></span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><br/>
<span><span>• Processing the group pension annual renewals from reconciling the schemes to issuing the Annual Pension Benefit Statements.<br/>
• Supporting the oversight of the Trustee Annual Reports including the preparation and review of audit documentation.<br/>
• Support in issuing Pension Benefit Statements cover letters to brokers/Employers on monthly basis.<br/>
• Managing day to day queries by supporting the team mailbox and queues in a timely manner.<br/>
• Maintain an </span></span><span><span>understanding</span><span> and awareness on key aspects of Pension Regulations, IORPII directive, Master Trusts.<br/>
• Identify areas where the service to members could be improved.<br/>
• Assist in more Complex/project work.<br/>
• Provide back-up support on schemes and other work priorities across the team.<br/>
• Adhering to all data protection requirements.<br/>
• Handling of queries from Client companies, trustees, auditors.</span></span><br/>

<h2><b>Your Skills and Experience</b></h2>

<p><span><span>As a Group Pensions Administrator for the Annual reporting team your skills and qualifications will include: </span></span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><br/>
<span><span>• 1-3 years of pension’s administration experience or account reconciliation. <br/>
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Products, with specific emphasis on expertise in Excel, is a must. <br/>
• Strong numeric ability. <br/>
• Excellent analytical skills. <br/>
• Knowledge of Defined Contribution pension schemes – specifically knowledge about monthly contribution processing and annual renewal processing. <br/>
• Be well organised and capable of working to tight deadlines <br/>
• Excellent interpersonal skills <br/>
• Ability to work independently and also in a dynamic team environment <br/>
• Be enthusiastic ambitious self-starter <br/>
• Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with all colleagues and clients.<br/>
• Attention to detail is essential along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br/>
• Its desirable to be working towards a recognised industry qualification that meets Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements e.g. IIPM/QFA</span></span><br/>

<p><span><span>Primary work location is Blackrock. Position is Dublin-based but occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations.</span></span></p>
