Job Title: Global Tax Compliance - Tax Operations - Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Managing and processing tax payments using internal software systems, tracking progress, submitting payments on taxing authority websites, handling and receiving physical checks, and coordinating with tax service providers to ensure timely payments/filings.

• Review, process, and coordinate the deposit of tax refund checks across the tax, accounting, and treasury functions.
• Analyze and resolve notices received from taxing authorities, including engaging with taxing authorities to address and resolve inquiries or discrepancies.
• Update and maintain accurate records using internal data management, tax notice, and dashboard software platforms.
• Assist in various operational tax-related projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Basic hands-on experience with visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is ideal. Database familiarity, data wrangling software, and light coding experience (SQL, Python, etc.) is helpful but not required.
• Strong analytical,  communication, and problem-solving abilities. Effectively coordinate across multiple teams.

Expected annual base salary range:

$90,000 - $125,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
