<p><b>What you'll do:</b></p>
<p>As a Customer Assistance Technical Representative, you will contribute to the implementation of a global <span><span><span><span><span>complaint management strategy for Lubrizol and take the lead on all issues around product quality for the segment Life Science. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact the continuous improvement practices with our customers. </span></span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span><span><b><span><span><span>Key Accountabilities</span></span></span></b></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Contribute to the implementation of a global complaint management strategy for Lubrizol. </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Take the lead on all issues around product quality, specification and usage, including coordinating/facilitating communication between the different business units. </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Manage customer’s product quality complaints, provide corrective actions and arrange appropriate compensation when necessary. </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Document, investigate, and define corrective action and resolution for customer complaints to ensure lessons learned and continuous improvement practices are implemented. </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Lead and send the response to customer surveys, questionnaires or requests for documentation such as ISO certification, quality systems, product specifications and other technical matters. </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Enter complaints and technical assistance requests in SAP (CRM) and coordinate Quality related complaints with the appropriate department (Supply chain, Operations, Product Safety, …). Write closure letters and send them to customer after appropriate approvals.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>As necessary, support the Customer Experience Manager and/or Commercial/Sales Team to build customer relationships by attending customer visits. </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>

<p><span><span><b><span><span><span>Skills That Make a difference</span></span></span></b></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Educational Degree with a 2 year minimum experience within a global organisation </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Chemical/Technical education or experience working in a chemical organisation </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience in Operations is an asset</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Fluent in written and verbal English, other European Languages are an advantage </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Knowledge and use of Quality tools (Statistics,.. ) </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel </span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
