Job Summary
We are now recruiting a new colleague as a Global Technical Readiness Leader within the Technical Support Excellence organisation. A new colleague to be an ambassador for Services, focusing to deliver “Right First Time”.
You will achieve this by interacting, with Development & Technology, Regions & Markets with the responsibility of securing Services readiness for solutions & products under development.
Responsible for ensuring Services Readiness (for both PD and PDAL), securing that quality history and services requirements are properly collected and support and follow up on the validation and deployment of the new solutions
This position will be based either in Lund or Modena, depending on the successful candidate. You can expect to internationally travel approximately 20% of your time.
You will be reporting to the Manager Services Readiness, and you will be part of an engaged and dynamic team supporting our businesses (Packaging, Processing & Services).
What you will do
- Represent Services in D&T governance forums, bringing the Voice of the Customers
- Responsible for Services deliverables in assigned development activities
- Lead the work related to Quality History
- Lead External Validation activities of Solutions
- Responsible for Services deliverables in assigned development activities
- Drive activities together with other departments (using project management skills and tools
- Lead Services cross-functional project teams when required
- Own best Practices, in the form of written documents, videos or other suitable media
- Collaborate with required teams to support issue resolution and system support

You have great networking skills and an ability to work across borders. You are a true team player, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. The ability to listen is as important as being able to present your findings. You pay strong attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. You have the ability to exercise informal authority. Furthermore, you possess excellent project management and communication skills, and you are able to create buy-in with important stakeholders.
It's beneficial to have a good technical understanding of our equipments but not a must.
University degree or similar within the technical area is considered as a plus.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
