About the role

The NFL is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sr Coordinator to support the Global Brand and Consumer Marketing team. This position will support the development and execution of multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns for key NFL Growth Audiences initiatives including, but not limited to Crucial Catch, Salute to Service, PLAY 60, My Cause My Cleats, Inspire Change, Player Health & Safety and more.  
 
The successful candidate is a strong communicator, works well under pressure, adapts easily to shifting needs, maintains confidentiality, is well-organized and detail oriented.  
 

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with marketing leads to ideate, develop, and execute integrated marketing plans. Specific duties include:  

  • Coordinate with internal teams and media agencies to help execute marketing campaigns. 
  • Request and manage campaign creative deliverables, ensuring assets are delivered and trafficked to stakeholders on time.   
  • Assist with the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across paid (where applicable), owned and partner media.   
  • Support budget tracking and ensure timely invoice processing. 
  • Analyze multiple data sources to support, implement, and report on different creative and audience targeting tactics. Present insights across multiple teams.   
  • Build comprehensive messaging, planning and recap decks to capture full integrated plan, including key KPIs, visuals, research, partner support and data points. 
  • Build thorough, well-researched campaign marketing briefs.   
  • Help manage external partner relationships. 

Required Qualifications: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree required   
  •  3-5+ years of marketing experience is required. Experience in sports or entertainment is a plus.   
  •  Proactive, resourceful and a self-starter   
  •  Well-versed in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 
  •  Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Terms /Expected Hours of Work: 

NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week in office.

Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range. 

Salary $75,000$90,000 USD
