Compensation: $60--$80/hour (based on experience) + bonus Benefits: Full-benefits package available Position Summary We are seeking a full-time clinician to join our team in Glendale, AZ. This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fastâpaced, wellâsupported urgent care environment. Clinicians at NextCare enjoy true work--life balance, including no afterâhours tasks, flexible scheduling, and monthly schedules released in advance. Our fullâtime schedules are designed, so providers are off more days than they work. You'll be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who provide realâtime guidance and mentorship. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally lowâacuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow-up. Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
- Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging
- Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable)
- Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
- Code and bill services appropriately
- Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
- Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values
- Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP / PA
- Board certification or eligibility, as applicable
- PA: NCCPA certification
- NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP required)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to treat patients of all ages
- Active BLS certification
- EHR proficiency
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
- DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered)
- Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fastâtrack experience
- Strong procedural skills (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)
- Experience with initial xâray interpretation prior to radiology overâread
