Your Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Irvine, your role involves identifying process optimization opportunities, preparing change control records, user requirements specifications, and design scope documents for process improvements and capital projects. It also includes leading the scoping of capital projects, supporting their implementation, and developing process monitoring metrics to maintain GMP compliance. Additionally, the role involves applying engineering and process innovations to reduce ergonomic stress, leading root cause analysis on technical incidents and product failures, reviewing data for investigations, and supporting site digital and sustainability roadmap implementation. You will also have the opportunity to take lead on CapEx projects.

 

Who you are:

• Previous related experience in a Process Engineering role
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering subject - preferred
• Process control systems/ software experience.
• Hands-on Experience of processing plant design/ commissioning/ validation/ optimisation
• Experience of HAZOP’s and supporting action closure.
• Project management experience/qualification including the management of project budgets, scope, schedules and procurement strategies and implementation - preferred
• Knowledge of facility systems such as PW, WFI, CIP, SIP and HVAC ideally in a GMP environment- preferred
• Lean six sigma trained and experienced in its use - preferred
