Job Description:

AFS is supporting the United States Air Force to deliver a DevSecOps pipeline enabled by Platform One tools and capabilities. Our team will design and deploy a modern DevSecOps factory that enables the government to development the software baseline for the E-7A Weapon System in collaboration with the platform prime contractor and Air Force software development teams.

Responsibilities: 

• Implement, integrate, and troubleshoot computer, information and software systems, to include software, hardware, and cloud components
• Perform system integration and synchronize information/data systems to ensure interoperability and successful data flow between data sources/across all components
• Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security
• Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats
• Implement POA&M items, component upgrades, feature requests, and bug fixes

Here's what you need:

• BS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and 5 years experience as a cloud engineer
• 1 year experience using agile methodologies
• 1 year experience with Infrastructure-as-Code/Configuration-as-Code
• 1 year experience with Kubernetes
• DoD 8570.01-m requirement certification

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience implementing security best practices in production environments
• Experience supporting mission-focused infrastructure to ensure performance and availability of system and environment

Security Clearance:

• Must have an active Secret clearance

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

 

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $122,600 - $198,800 

Colorado: $122,600 - $171,700 

New York City: $141,800 - $198,800

Washington: $160,500 - $182,800
