ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.

This role is integral to a large-scale project modernizing human resource management systems for the Department of the Air Force.  The individual will join an agile development team and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.  A key focus will be designing high-quality, low/no-code solutions within the Salesforce platform.  This includes engaging directly with stakeholders and collaborating with the team to overcome complex business challenges.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Gathers requirements, analyzes processes, and facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.

• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to refine user stories and categorize the user-centric requirements.

• Translate business requirements to technical and functional teams for Salesforce implementations.

• Write requirements in the form of user stories from a persona perspective and with clear acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate refinement sessions with the Scrum Team for your assigned initiatives to ensure understanding of the requirements.

• Work with Organization Change Management (OCM) team members to ensure a smooth implementation to end users.

• Work with Solution Architects to identify design problems, developing elegant solutions, and justifying design decisions eloquently.

• Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within first 90 days of employment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or related field; an additional 6 years of Human Centered Design, User Experience, or Information Management experience might be substituted for a degree

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role working with Salesforce Applications.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce development, process automation, and understanding of integration patterns.

• Must possess Salesforce Certifications, specifically Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Business Analyst (or equivalent experience of 6 years and demonstrated proficiency).

• Experience with Agile development approaches/tools including Scrum/SAFe, JIRA, and Confluence.
