Recurly is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join the Sales Operations team to deliver world class systems, data, and tools to the Sales and Customer Success teams. 
A strategic partner to the business, you will cultivate a deep understanding of their processes and act as a consultant on their business systems needs. This role will be the primary technical owner for Salesforce.com and tools like Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Gainsight, Outreach.io and Gong.io, you will gather and document requirements, design and document technology solutions, and implement configuration-based changes. The right candidate has a unique blend of technology acumen, project management skills, and passion for delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the Sales tech stack and manages existing vendor relationships, as well as new tool evaluations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and deploy Salesforce system enhancements based on the business impact and scalability. Translating business requirements into system developments. 
  • Create custom workflows (workflows / process builder / flows), reports and dashboards, configure the system, monitor and troubleshoot any reported issues
  • Provision new users granting, removing and changing permissions to access Salesforce.com, Gainsight, and other GTM Systems 
  • Facilitates regular assessments of the sales tech stack, providing recommendations on improvements and build out enhancements
  • Create and maintain documentation/training material assisting in training of users to help ensure adoption of tools
  • Monitor Salesforce CRM environment to maintain clean hygiene within the system to ensure accurate reporting of data

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of sales operations and or revenue operations
  • Has hands-on experience  implementing and or administering Salesforce
  • Salesforce.com Administrator and Advanced Admin Certification, a plus
  • Experience with supporting sales and customer teams 
  • Advanced knowledge and administration of Salesforce CPQ as well as key Salesforce  integrations (Gainsight, Outreach IO, LeanData, Gong IO, Marketo, Zendesk, etc) 
  • Understanding of core SaaS B2B technology business processes, which includes: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success/Support, and Finance
  • Experience using Apex is a plus
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and is a problem solver
  • Flexible and able to change priorities quickly, capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills that can translate technical content to Sales audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can develop trusted relationships cross-functionally

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. Compensation offered will depend upon job-related factors including relevant experience, skills and geography.
