MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Configuration Management Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leads the development and implementation of Configuration Management Plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring integrity, consistency, and traceability of software and hardware configurations throughout the system lifecycle.

• Conducts configuration audits, analyzes configuration data, and identifies areas for improvement to maintain configuration baselines.

• Manages change requests and provides expert guidance on configuration management standards and best practices.

• Collaborates with various stakeholders (developers, testers, Project Managers) to integrate CM processes into the overall development and deployment pipeline.

• Supports configuration management databases (CMDB), version control systems, and change management processes, while providing direction and mentorship to junior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a degree.

• 4+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years of position relevant experience.

• Experience in configuration management, with a focus on analysis, planning, and auditing.

• Proficient in Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs) and version control systems like Git and SVN.

• Experience with change management processes and tools.

• An ITIL Foundation certification and other relevant configuration management certifications (e.g., CMII).

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with IT infrastructure management and auditing and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT).

• Experience with risk management methodologies and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

• Advanced configuration management certifications. CISA or other relevant audit certifications.

• Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must hold an active Secret clearance.
