Administrative Assistant Community Counseling Eastern MO

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a heart for service and a passion for supporting mental health initiatives to join our team. 

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 (Hourly)

As part of this passionate and dedicated mental health therapy team in St. Louis that is committed to supporting individuals and families through high-quality, compassionate care, you will ensure the smooth operation of our therapy program by providing key administrative support to the Clinical Manager and Mental Health Therapists. Our team values collaboration, integrity, and making a meaningful difference in the community.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Coordinate and track client referrals and intake documentation
• Verify financial eligibility and maintain accurate records
• Support outcome tracking through timely and accurate data entry
• Manage scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks for the clinical team
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and community partners
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Support a welcoming environment

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Our ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and the following:

• Knowledge of various computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to create, update and maintain files
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Knowledge and experience of DocuSign
• High School Diploma or equivalent

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening
• A valid driver’s license, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
