Job Description

Position Summary

The Head of the NextGen ServiceNow Professionals team is responsible for creating and managing programs that open employment opportunities in the ServiceNow ecosystem by tapping into alternative candidate pools. The successful candidate will lead a global team and collaborate with ServiceNow Partners and Customers, ServiceNow internal teams, and non-profit/academic organizations to build sustainable pathways to meaningful employment as a ServiceNow professional.

 

What you get to do in this role:

  • Develop and execute on a multi-year external talent development strategy that contributes to the ServiceNow ecosystem growth needed to support a $15B business
  • Identify and recruit high-impact government and nonprofit partners and vendors who will accelerate and advance the creation of new talent pipeline to the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Execute on strategic talent initiatives focused on racial equity, gender equity, and ending generational poverty
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at ServiceNow partner organizations to successfully place new talent into appropriate roles
  • Co-develop and co-manage talent pipeline demands and solutions with ServiceNow Alliances and Channels and Customer stakeholders
  • Work closely with the VP of Workforce Development and Partnerships and other executives to align external talent development strategies, objectives, and activities with other company initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders in Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) as well as the Global People team to develop annual and multi-year objectives that align with company-wide goals

Lead and grow a global team who will design, manage, deliver, and extend the NextGen programs to meet region-specific needs and scale impact
