About the role
Support Employees’ Growth- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of our workforce.- Build and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.- Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs.- Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training).- Design our talent retention strategy.- Build our training policy
Team & Management Partner- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.- Support a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee morale and concerns proactively.- Define career paths and ensure each role has a clear set of responsibilities.- Be Mistral's first culture advocate.
Project Development / HR Analytics- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.- Analyze trends and metrics.- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive and attractive packages for employees.Experience- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, most of which in a startup or high-growth environment.- Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies, especially US & UK, coupled with strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations.- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.Profile - Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Hands-on and doer.- Builder mindset.
