About you

You are about to graduate from Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology or equivalent and are looking for a fast-paced company in which to complete your curricular or extracurricular internship. You are a fast learner, have a hands on approach and thrive in an international environment.

About your day-to-day:

• Assisting with the onboarding process: emails, documentation, follow-up, adding employees to the software
• Managing internal employee documentation
• Assisting with Sesame uploads (if joining between May-June)
• Aiding in the creation of internal documentation: policies, benefits articles, handbook, etc.
• Handling employee inquiries
• Assisting in event/team building management

Requirements

• Solid verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages a plus)
• Highly organized and able to handle fast-changing needs
• Proactive and engaging to ensure our processes are always updated and efficient
• Able to work under pressure and with uncertainty
• Familiarity with Spanish Law and Convenios Colectivos
