About the Role
Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Low-Code Developer located in Midland, MI. The purpose of this role is to design, build, and scale automation, AI-enabled tooling, and data-driven workflows that directly support cyber defense operations. This on-site role emphasizes Microsoft Logic Apps, Copilot Studio, and integration with data platforms such as Databricks to enable secure, intelligent, and reliable automation.
You will work closely with cyber defense leadership, analysts, developers, and data stakeholders to turn complex operational needs into well-architected, maintainable, and secure solutions. Strong software engineering discipline and a builder mindset are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain low-code automation solutions using Microsoft Logic Apps
Build and refine AI-powered tools and copilots using Copilot Studio to support cyber defense and operational workflows
Develop automations that integrate with data platforms (e.g., Databricks) for analytics, enrichment, and large-scale data processing
Support cyber defense use cases including:
Incident response and workflow orchestration
Alert enrichment, correlation, and triage
Data-driven decision support and task automation
Collaborate on-site with cyber defense, data, and engineering teams
Apply solid software development practices, including:
Modular and reusable design
Source control and versioning
Testing, validation, and documentation
Integrate with APIs, Azure services, security tools, and SaaS platforms
Contribute to architectural decisions and help define standards and best practices for low-code, AI, and automation development
Ensure automation solutions are secure, resilient, and scalable

Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years experience as a software developer, automation engineer, or low-code developer
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Logic Apps
Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including:
Clean and maintainable code design
Error handling and resiliency
Version control (e.g., Git)
CI/CD concepts and lifecycle management
Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and connectors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
