JOB PURPOSE

 

The candidate will be part of the Prada IT HR department

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As part of IT HR team, the candidate will be responsible in supporting senior members of the team in managing different activities such as:

• Design, test and support solutions for complex HCM business processes and projects
• Work with other team members to facilitate day by day activities
• Follow regular periodic sessions with internal client and stakeholders
• Report to the IT HR Manager
   

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / engineering / economics

Ideally 1-2 years of experience within the IT HR world as Analyst / Specialist in a Company or in a Consultancy firm

Fluency in Italian and English

Experience with HR system implementations is a plus

Ability to work with cross functional teams
