We all share a human-oriented and holistic approach to make future living better in an urban environment.</p><p></p><p>We are now looking for a</p><p></p><p><b>Senior Service and UX Design Specialist</b></p><p></p><p>to join the diverse group of design professionals in the global KONE Design team in Espoo, Finland (with remote working opportunities for two days a week).</p><p></p><p>In this role, you will collaborate with various functions across the company, as well as with our customers and end-users. You will support a wide range of projects, currently with a primary focus on customer-facing channels and internal sales processes. You’ll apply a design mindset and methodologies from early concept creation and prototyping to the final implementation of digital solutions. You bring strong expertise in service and digital product design, along with a fearless, challenger attitude.
