The Finance team plays a unique and indispensable role within the ZF Off-Highway Solutions organization.  We drive accurate financial results through cross-functional collaboration and close attention to detail.  Leadership relies on us for reporting and analysis of the results in order to make the best business decisions, as well.

• Assist and collaborate closely with the Site Finance Leader to meet deadlines and provide accurate financial reporting and timely data analysis

• Pick up where your predecessor left off in the process of integrating into a new reporting structure
• Apply your expertise by making process improvements to existing procedures around (but not limited to):  asset management, profitability analysis, KPI reporting, financial statements, variance analysis, compliance with GAAP and IFRS

 

Your Profile as Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred and/or 5-10+ years of experience
• High proficiency with Excel and familiarity with the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred experience in SAP
• Experience in a manufacturing setting a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements
