Senior Manager HR Taste Texture & Health (TTH) North America (NAM) plays a crucial role in shaping our people strategy while driving business success. You’ll be responsible for aligning, advising and consulting with the business group on a full range of strategic and tactical Human Resources areas including Organizational Development, Talent Management, Compensation and Employment Relations. Your key responsibilities
- Work closely with leaders to align HR strategies with commercial objectives. Provide data driven insights and HR solutions to support business growth and performance. Drive/support the talent strategy across the client group, building talent pipelines, succession plans and talent growth strategies for the site.
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive and high-performance culture. Champion diversity, equality and inclusion, collaborate with leaders to enhance employee engagement, impacting employee morale and retention.
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and business unit restructures by partnering with the business and Talent Acquisition to understand workforce needs and trends, ensuring the team is staffed properly.
- Proactively bring innovative and creative solutions, and productively challenge existing processes and methods to grow site capabilities.
- Maintain an in‐depth knowledge of North America legal requirements related to day‐to‐day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Utilize a strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, and federal and state respective employment laws.
This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working model, spending 2-3 days per week in the Princeton office and the balance of the work week in a home office.
