Job Description

Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Data Scientist. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. depending on specific project needs. Travel and/or relocation may be required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Data Scientist will develop and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement. Identify insights from data and metadata sources, interpreting and communicating findings to management. Design, develop and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement. Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develop and code software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.

• The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty.
• Position also requires knowledge of: Hadoop and Spark; data mining techniques; machine learning; Python; deep learning; cloud technologies; and database management systems (required knowledge may be gained prior to, as part of, or concurrently with required education).
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $100,963- $114,322, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
